Colours and pattern distribution may slightly vary from the photo as it is crafted every time we receive the order. It is the imperfection that makes them one of a kind. Some minor variations from the image are quite likely. We make extra efforts to have this created as close to the image as possible. That being said, you don't have to worry about quality since that is something that we take utmost care to assess and verify before shipping.

Since each product is customized specially for you, we cannot accept returns. However, in case there are damages that you discover while unpacking the product you have received, please drop us an email or whatsapp with images in 48 hours from receipt of the product. Once verified, we will send you a replacement product or suggest a suitable solution.
